Youth “underclass”
The BBC is reporting about a significant “Youth underclass” here.
Youth unemployment is currently running at 1m. On Tuesday, David Cameron told the Commons Liaison Committee, that the UK had “schools and opportunity” problems. “This is a very severe problem. We understand the extent of it,” he said. (ed comment do they really?)
